-The Art of Healing -

Hello there! My name is Diana (she/her).
Throughout my life, I have moved through many roles—each one shaping me, stretching me, and teaching me something about who I am becoming. I have been an offspring, a sibling, a student, a mentor, a friend, a partner, and a parent to name just a few. I have been both the one who leads and the one who follows, the one who nurtures and the one who seeks nurturing. I am an artist, a dreamer, a planner, an organizer, the spontaneous spark, the playful one, the serious one, the voice of reason, and the one who knows how to be free.
I have known when to walk away, honoring the sacred act of cutting ties that no longer align—and I have known the profound devotion of staying, loyal to the bone, when soul recognizes soul.
Some of these roles I stepped into with intention, and others unfolded around me without conscious choice—shaped by expectation, habit, or the stories I inherited. Many were absorbed simply because, at the time, I believed that’s what life required, or because I didn’t yet know another way.
Now, I meet these roles with more awareness, more breath, more spirit—allowing them to evolve.
ā
āāI believe humility creates hope, and hope will bring you home in your heart.
