In most cases, anxiety, stress, anger, depression, addiction, and control are expressions of disillusion and/or denial and often the need for self-love. The first step to any healing/learning is to completely embrace who you are in this very moment... with time and an open heart, healing can begin....and so much more shall be revealed.
